That appears to have been the problem the whole time.
my car is a 16' BMW 750i (G12) with 26,000 miles on it currently. When I first start the car, there is absolutely zero vibration at all, but I'm starting to get a vibration only through the steering wheel when I'm idling at a complete stop. I have a 2010 535i that had a rough shaking idle at about 28k miles. The dealer replaced all 6 fuel injectors and the car has been smooth for the last 5 months (11k miles). I think a new fuel injector design (improved) was introduced a while ago. Also note that the spark plugs need to be replaced every 40k miles.
